Q: I'm applying at a bank and there are a couple of questions that I need good answers for. What do banks want as answers for these questions? What value would you add to our company? What are the most outstanding features of your work history?
A: They want your thoughts on how you being hired can benefit them. What skills can you contribute? What have you done or studied in your past that will be help you succeed in this job? As for the 2nd question, highlight some of the awesome things that have occurred in your career. Were you a go to person at previous jobs for new team members?
