A: Twice. In the same company. For the same position. It was freaking weird. First time was just a simple mistake. The role wasn't what I thought it was. Second time I went along with my bosses blessing to in-house interviews to practice my interview skills, but someone forgot to tell HR and they sent me an offer to take a job I'd been promoted out of 3 years previously.
