Q: lets say you see a manager do something that can get him/her fired. he/she confronts you and says " say anything and ill jump over this counter and beat the shit outa you" and walks away. A manager said that to a employee. what could happen? fired? lawsuit? what? Manager not boss. it goes District manager, General, manager.
A: Depends on what they did really. Steal company property - no, don't report him. Falsify his paycheck - yes, report him. However, if he "beats the **** outa you", he'll be fired and in jail. Double whammy!
