Q: For one of my classes i need to interview an administrative professional. A: Here you go... 1. Over 20 years 2. First name is Bret....My company is called Excalibur Management Services. 3. There are many changes. Computers have become a common office tool increasing efficiency and decreasing the need for other costly office tools. In my geographical location, it has become increasingly difficult to find competent and motivated employees. 4. In regards to the computer becoming an essential business tool, we have added technical training to assist employees with their day-to-day responsibilities. In regards to the employee problem....we have been forced to get created and actively recruit new employees. We are not using flyer's at local schools, picking up summer help to catch up on some tasks, and offer many benefits and bonuses for employee retention. 5. I own the company and there are many both ways. The buck stops with me. If there are problems, I must react and handle them. Unfortunately, problems don't always occur between 8 and 5. Advantages include that I can make changes easily in order to keep us at the top of our game, I reap the benefits of profit, and I can take pride in advances of my company. 6.
